Product Purchase Fulfillment Policies
1. Refund Policy
Our products are digital online content, we provide preview periods for each live stream and video replay, a minimum of 30 seconds with some pay sites having longer preview periods. This preview period offers the viewer sufficient time to determine if their athlete(s) or team is available on the fields or courts if the video plays fluidly and clearly.
Our products are designed to provide access for the entire day, week, month, season, or other defined period. If we receive a request for a refund within the first 60 minutes we will provide an immediate refund. If we receive a request for a refund at the end of a full day of streaming we will work with the customer to determine if a refund will be provided. An example would be if a purchase was made in the afternoon and the team they were looking for played in the morning and the product does not include video replay access. We will also provide a refund if the stream becomes unavailable or a change in weather conditions prevents the games from being played on the day of the purchase. If a purchase is a multi-day purchase, for example, a 7-day event was purchased and a request is made for a refund after day four, we may provide a prorated refund of the final 3 days. We will provide refunds in the event of scheduling changes and if personal event changes prevent viewing of the game.
2. Delivery Policy and Return policy
All products are digitally delivered. This means once received they can not be returned.
3. Cancellation policy
All products are currently non-subscription-based. We do not automatically renew a purchase.
