The challenge
Publix Sports Park is one of the premier youth baseball and softball destinations in the country — 12 synthetic turf fields, hundreds of regional and national tournaments per year, and thousands of athletes and families on-site every weekend. But like most multi-field complexes, delivering consistent live streaming coverage across every diamond was operationally out of reach. Volunteer camera operators are unreliable at scale, and a production crew for 13 simultaneous fields simply isn't feasible.
